A new memorandum from the Financial Services Authority of SVG
The Financial Services Authority of SVG recently issued a new memorandum with requirements to the companies that are currently engaged in Forex trading.
The requirement is to present a certified copy of the requisite license/approval from the jurisdictions/authorities where their business activities are being conducted.
Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in the application of sanctions against the authorities in accordance with Financial Services Authority Act.
The existing companies must comply by March 10, 2023.
